The following information is needed to reserve a baby announcement:
- Your name & contact phone number
- Delivery address
- Your payment information (more info on payment below...)
- The baby's gender, first & middle name, and birth weight & length for the personalized keepsake.
Payment is due prior to delivery of the baby announcement. No exceptions. I will not deliver unless payment has been received in full.
For your convenience, you may send funds via PayPal using a credit card, debit card, or your checking account information. I will also accept personal check, money order, or cash-on-delivery if preferred. (Contact me to obtain my mailing address to mail a payment, or for my PayPal account information.) I will mail a receipt to the purchaser within 5 days of receiving your payment.
